Application Submission

Candidates can independently apply for job openings through our official website or via SISKOP2MI (Ministry of Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection owned jobsite).

Profile Review and Interview

If your profile meets the employer's expectations, we will invite you for an interview. This can be conducted either online or offline, depending on convenience and availability.

Matching Qualifications with Employer Needs

Should your experience, qualifications, and competencies align with the job requirements set by the overseas employer, we will proceed to the next stage.

Agreement

At this stage, we handle the necessary agreements between the Indonesian Placement and Recruitment Agency and the international employer, ensuring all terms are clear and favorable for both parties.

Immigration and Legal Documentation

After the agreement is finalized, we take care of all essential immigration processes, including VISA applications and other legal requirements, to ensure a hassle-free transition for you.

Pre-Departure Training

Before your departure, you will undergo a comprehensive training program. This includes orientation on the destination country's culture, workplace ethics, and career development strategies. Our aim is to equip you with the tools needed to adapt seamlessly and excel in your new environment.
